October. I have a confession to make: this is the month I hate the most. Or more like, this month seems to hate me the most. In the last 10 years or so October seems to bring me nothing but bad luck. More or less. To be fair, my first english exam was in October and that turned out pretty well. Anyway, I’m determined to break the curse this year. I’m heading to the UK later this month, and it better not to be screwed, because I’m going to kill someone. I have mixed feelings already about my other UK trip from earlier this year, I don’t need another one. I’ll probably have some interesting news regarding reviewing, but more about that later. Let’s see what I have planned blogging wise for your reading pleasure:

Other plans
BristolCon / London
A certain someone had been talking a hole in my ear about BristolCon pretty much since I know him. So I decided to put on my big girl pants and see for myself what’s the fuss is about. These last few months flew by pretty fast and in a few weeks’ time I’ll be heading back to the UK for the second time this year. Saying I’m nervous as hell is an understatement. I’m equally excited and horrified and have absolutely no idea how this going to end up, but I’m willing to take a risk and I’m determined to have a good time. Despite my predicaments against this month being October and my fear that something will go wrong. I’m not into superstitions but hell, this month terrifies me. Apart from finally meeting friends I made over the last 6 months (especially the one mentioned above), I’m also looking forward to meet new people and to catch up with Damien Black after our February meet up. Anyway, if you’ll be there, come and say hi. I’ll probably be too fucking nervous to come up to people 😀
I also plan to have a short visit in one of my favorite cities, London before I head to Bristol. I’ll probably visit the Tower and the Globe Theatre and take some walks, because I missed this the last time. If someone lives there and would like to meet my nervous self, give me a shout out! 🙂
Well, I think that’s it. Follow me if you like either on twitter, facebook, or instagram (I don’t have much content on that platform yet)!
