The Sound of Madness Reading Challenge 2021

I hardly take part in reading challenges in general, but as I was creating The Ultimate Tour Experience for Storytellers on Tour, I had way too much fun with coming up with prompts. So much so, that I kept thinking into the night about songs and bands that would make awesome prompts. The next day The Sound of Madness Reading Challenge came to life. Titled after an also great song by Shinedown. Now with a final update!

Music Diggin’ Friday: 5 Anticipated Albums of 2021

It’s been a while since I’ve written any music-related posts, and I’m missing talking about music and discovering new stuff, so it’s time to motivate myself just to do that. Today I’ll be talking about 5 anticipated albums of 2021, which I’m looking forward to.

Monthly Wrap Up April

Monthly Wrap Up: April 2020

Is it just me, or April really went by fast? It definitely seemed shorter than March. Weird. I definitely had more good days this month, so that’s a plus. I also worked on some secret stuff, which was fun. In an “OMG, what the hell am I doing?” way, lol. I also discovered The Unbelievable Truth series on Audible, and since I’m starting my days with audiobooks, I figured listening to something that makes me laugh would actually do some good for me. I’m only 2 days in, but so far it seems to be working. *shrug*

2 Years in the Asylum

The good thing about anniversaries is that they roll around every year. And thus, here we are, celebrating the 2nd birthday of my baby blog. Or is it toddler now? The second year wasn’t less eventful than the first one, even though 2019 was one of my worst years personally.
As last year, I’d like to take a look back at this past year and highlight some milestones and memories including a lot of pictures.

Monthly Wrap Up: June 2019

June was a pretty great month all things considered. I was supposed to take this month easier and have a break, but ended up not doing that. Until I was forced to realised that I indeed needed a break and the last few days of the month was all about relaxing and doing anything other than reading. It was nice. It was my first month being only half employed at my workplace and OMG I LOVE working only 4 hours. The first two weeks made wonders to my mental health and I’m so happy I made this decision.

Sneak Peek

What’s to come? – June 2019

June won’t be any less exciting than May was, as things still keep happening. I finally started my new journey in life and I couldn’t be happier. SPFBO5 is about to kick off as well and I’ll be going to concerts too.

Monthly Wrap Up: September 2018

September came and went, and we are one month closer to the end of the year. September started off on a really bad note for me, but thankfully things got considerably better in a few days and overall the month was a blast. Aside from personal stuff, I’ve read quite a few books, hosted a giveaway in celebration of my 6 monthsversary as a blogger and tried to avoid thinking about October. Yay!
