Music Monday: Hellevator by Thundermother

Wow. I can’t believe I never picked Hellevator before. The fuck was I doing?! This has been on my playlist for a good few years now, and I love it. Kinda feels appropriate as today is the first day of a new school year, and it’s been a LONG day already.

Thundermother is a Swedish hard rock band that only has female members, and they absolutely kick ass. I saw them once as a warm-up band (can’t remember for whom…) and I really enjoyed their performance. I think they had some lineup changes down the line, but I haven’t been following them that closely. I know they are still active and touring, though. Oh, they apparently had a new album out earlier this year, so I might as well check that out.
