    Listen & Read - Connection

Throughout the year, I'll dig deeper into the prompts of The Sound of Madness Reading Challenge 2022. I'll talk about the music, the prompt and recommend about 5 books I think would go well with it. The prompt of the week: Connection.

What do we plan for 2022

It's that time of the year again - although we are a tiny bit late - when we sit down and set goals for the year ahead of us. These past two years showed us that life is about as unpredictable as they come, and planning ahead requires some flexibility. We can only hope this year will be kinder to us all and we can achieve what we aim for. Only time will tell whether we make it or not, but we can definitely try! And so, we are here to tell you what we plan for 2022 blogging, reading, and life-wise. Come and get excited with us and tell…

    3 Years in SPFBO

SPFBO 7 started off on June 1st and as many of you know, the Asylum is not a judging blog anymore. But not all of us stepped back from the competition. In this post I'd like to talk about why I made the decision of stepping back, how SPFBO affected my (blogging) life, and highlight all the gems I got to find thanks to the competition. It will be a long post, so buckle up. I'll try to keep the rambling to a minimum, but no promises...

    Sneak Peek November

After the craziness of October, I'm hoping November will be all about catching up, relaxing and getting ready for Christmas. Also, now that SPFBO 6 Phase 1 is officially over, I can take a break and whatever I want for a while. So. Many. Good. Books. To. Read.

    Monthly Wrap Up June

Hoo boy, June was A MONTH. And we are only halfway through 2020. It started with me working my ass off to get the blog ready for the moving. That is, we moved RockStarlit BookAsylum from Wordpress.com to a self-hosted Wordpress site and if I can say so, it looks fucking great. Which is only fair, as I worked more on this than I care to admit. On the day before the final move I basically sat before my screen for 12 hours straight to make sure everything is as it should be. And that was only the last day. But thankfully everything went well and to celebrate we announced…

In Part 4 Mosaic faces down the guards using her magic abilities. She gets injured, but her only goal is to find the doppelganger and get out of the castle. The Queen has captured you sneaking around in her home, but she is in a merciful mood. She has allowed you to go free on the condition that you brave the ancient ruins and find her missing cloak clasp. It is in the shape of her most beloved animal. She no longer likes to go there, because she is convinced that there are magical goings-on in the ruins that are not of this world.
