Sneak Peek July

What’s to come? – July 2020

With July summer heath came as well and I’m not a happy queen. Especially becaue I’m stuck inside and I still have 6 weeks to go until our vacation trip. Ugh. I’m already done with this season. On a more a positive note, we have a lot of books to read and some other content as well to keep ourselves and you entertained.

Sneak Peek June

What’s to come? – June 2020

It’s hard to believe it’s already June, but on the other hand, it’s hard to believe it’s only June. 2020 sure is a year. If I had to describe my plans for this month: same old, same old. Work, blog, organise, read, repeat. To have some fun, I’ll try to put a bit more effort into my Instagram account. I have a couple of ideas how to show off my current reads and yes, all of them are going to involve at least one of my plush pandas. That’s my brand, deal with it. 😛
As usual, I have all kinds of things planned for this month as well, though not all of them fantasy related. But I’ll try my best. Who knows? I might even do some fun posts using their Wyrd & Wonder challenge prompts! Alright, let’s see what I have in mind.

Monthly Wrap Up May

Monthly Wrap Up: May 2020

I know 2020 is a complete shit show so far, and I hope you are all safe and well. I sure have my own struggles – apparently my optometrist have no clue why my glasses which are supposed to be good, aren’t actually good and give me troubles. It greatly affects my everyday life and reading (thank fuck for audiobooks). But I try not to let that get in my way and not to take too much painkillers for my headaches… Life is fun, huh? Anyway, I’m not here to whine about myself, but to tell you all about what we were up to in May!

SPFBO 6

SPFBO 6 – Introducing Team RockStarlit BookAsylum!

The team is back for another year! As you might know, we had a blast during SPFBO5 so it really wasn’t a question whether we’ll be back or not. There were some lessons learned last year and as much as I’d like to go with the same process, it was way too demanding time and otherwise. In order for us to remain in the competition, changes were needed. I believe these changes will make organisation easier as well as ensure that we’ll get content to you in a very timely fashion. read all about it and my team in this post!

SPFBO 5

SPFBO 5 – The Conclusion

In this post the team looks back on SPFBO 5 sharing our experiences and we’ll also point out a couple of books we enjoyed and you might have missed in the sea of other great books! At the end of the post, you’ll find Amazon links to each book mentioned in this post. We hope you’ll check them out!

Sneak Peek May

What’s to come? – May 2020

May is here! And you know what does that mean? It’s Wyrd & Wonder month! We celebrate fantasy throughout May. It’s not too late to join in all the fun. You can find the introduction here. Be sure to check it out becuase these ladies planned a LOT of awesome stuff.

As usual, I have all kinds of things planned for this month as well, though not all of them fantasy related. But I’ll try my best. Who knows? I might even do some fun posts using their Wyrd & Wonder challenge prompts! Alright, let’s see what I have in mind.

Monthly Wrap Up April

Monthly Wrap Up: April 2020

Is it just me, or April really went by fast? It definitely seemed shorter than March. Weird. I definitely had more good days this month, so that’s a plus. I also worked on some secret stuff, which was fun. In an “OMG, what the hell am I doing?” way, lol. I also discovered The Unbelievable Truth series on Audible, and since I’m starting my days with audiobooks, I figured listening to something that makes me laugh would actually do some good for me. I’m only 2 days in, but so far it seems to be working. *shrug*
